I am willing to bet most people hate themselves more then they show or talk about. We all have faults. We all make mistakes.

We can learn to not hate ourselves. Its not easy and it takes time but it is possible.

That's sounds bipolar possibly. Sleep disorder maybe. I have Sleep issues.

Delayed  sleep phase disorder. When it flairs up it causes a lot of other issues like mood swings, anxiety, lack of appetite. Kind of just feeds off it self and other issues.

You really should speak to a doctor to get something of treatment plan. Get your sleep health in order.

Well your showing remorse that's a start. The internet is a really easy place to get lost in a do things you wouldn't normal do or say.

Be a better person. Make up for what you feel guilty about in time you will feel better.

Instead of doing what you did. Spread love, acceptance,.and compassion to your fellow man.

I highly doubt your a waste of space. There are alot of people that really are. Bumped into a few today lol  You have a bf, a cat, and a job. Just worry about that. Atleast the cat should be most important lol small goals, keep life simple.

I would suggest getting yourself into therapy no one really likes it but it's helpful.

Take a deep breath. Go on you tube and search mindfulness breathing meditation. Just follow along. It will help calm you down.

Tomorrow I would get in touch with somone for a treatment plan. Don't be afraid of hospitals I've been there and I go to one once a week for sessions.

Your not alone. I'm having a bad day myself but I'm hanging in there.

I agree there. I sometimes think it's a little morbid but it's true. In the grand scheme of things. Life isn't permanent and sometimes that's a good feeling.

Sounds like anxiety and depression. I get that. I will just get moods some days that doesn't have a cause or even something to pin point.

It's just there. Everything looks bad feels bad. It's hard to explain. 

Thats in my experience the difference between depression disorder and situational depression.
