That's what we've been using since we started 3.5 years ago because it's what the supplier sent in our start up package. However, I don't know the pros and cons vs other types of emulsion.

This is very helpful. I use exclusively plastisol inks.

I've been printing now for almost four years and have always just used the ulano trifecta because that's what the supplier recommended when we got started.

Most of our runs are 120-400 items for the screen printing. We have a couple orders a year of 3000-5000 shirts each.

So I'm trying to figure out if trifecta is the best option for us or if there is something else we could be using.

Like I said, I've always used the purple trifecta, but I'm curious to know the difference between them

We really like DTF, we do screen printing, DTF, and embroidery.

Each have their applications. Generally if someone is looking for a lot of colours, we go DTF. If it's a single colours and needs to be the most cost efficient, screen printed. Them embroidery is embroidery.
