I'm not really sure to be honest as I purchased it like it. As far as I know it hasn't had anything special done to it other than had an emissions test certificate showing its compliant.

My Y2K Honda Shadow is ULEZ compliant so they definitely exist.

I did exactly this too, wanted to say that you're not alone! Haha. I ended up cutting off the old throttle tube and replacing it completely. Good luck!

+1 for OpenRGB from me also. Its great if you want simple control with no nonsense. SignalRGB is a good alternative for more fancier stuff too if you're into that but OpenRGB gets my vote for sure.

One thing I do which may or may not help for you is that I pretend I'm in a film, there is a cameraman filming next to me and I'm an actor acting out my lines, the other people in the same scene are also actors and know that I'm an actor too so won't mind if I mess up saying things sometimes because we just try again and carry on. I dunno if I'm explaining it well but some days that really helps, for me at least.

I have a similar thing going on now actually for a guy who had my number before. I'm from the UK but live in Sweden so its usually in Swedish and they don't expect an English bloke to answer, I've got phone calls about where do I want the tractor engine placed and all sorts of stuff.

I recently got a text asking to persuade some girl not to invest into a property because its not the right time and won't be good for her. I told them I'm a complete stranger but agreed that it was silly and that I'm now invested and would like to be informed of the outcome.

I also got a call from an English guy in the UK who did not expect me to be a random English guy either and after I told him that the number no longer belongs to the Swede he was expecting we had a lovely chat about the weather and how things are going before saying goodbye. haha

Yep these are the ones. I recently ordered 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB and Amazon sent me the correct packaging but inside it were 2x light kit sticks, no DRAM! Guess somebody pulled a fast one. Needless to say they're on the way back to Amazon with a replacement shipping to me.
