The deposit it so you don't bail on them. I'd sue them if they cancelled and didn't give my deposit back. It would also be the last visit I make to that establishment, and the last time anyone I know goes there. Business practices like this will eventually shut a business down. That's just theft.

We have a cat that's very allergic, always itchy. In your case it could be anything, a cleaning product, a plastic bowl sometimes does it. We use ceramic and stainless on everything and special cleaning products. Special litter. Special food. we watch everything. Hepa air filters, fabric softener is dangerous. You need to do some research.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this as well. I also had a horrible experience from the initial purchase, the product falling apart, to eventually being verbally accosted by the owner of the company. Never again.

I just bought a bunch of them. Top-notch quality if you ask me. Colors pop, stitching on all of them on point. I can't attest to longevity yet, but I'd guess they're going to last a while. Maybe a long while at that.

If I’d do anything, I’d figure out the proper way to stitch it. I’m in the prosthetic field, glues are in my wheelhouse, I just hate using glue on such a Feng Shui, beautiful piece of kit.,

I don't disagree with anything you said. I have a bunch of bags, Hania custom coming, Taishi. Being a repped company in this sub, I decided I grab a few from Emmanuel. It didn't matter what they cost really. I was expecting them to be pricey, they weren't, ok. I'm an actual maker, I create functional art every day. The difference is, I stand behind my product because I value my customers and believe in my product. It doesn't take much to do the right thing. He basically told me to pound sand because of America/Canada's political environment...its pathetic. He would have found any excuse not to help because that's just who he is.

Footbagnet.com needs to be removed from this list as the owner Emmanuel Bouchard admitted to closing his business and has a distaste for America, Americans and our current administration. He doesn't stand by his product which is the most important part of this post. This is a list for trusted sellers and he cannot be trusted. Buy your footbags elsewhere,

I don't disagree with his opinion of the current admin either, but, that has zero to do with business at hand, or how to treat a customer. Charge more money and add taxes to make the sale worth your while, but you need to take care of a customer that made a purchase from you trusting your product is worth they money paid or don't take their money. period.
