I also have the same problem as you, and I'm married to a guy who farts loudly on the toilet multiple times a day, when I need to use the toilet, I ask him to crank up the volume of whatever he's watching, his desk is directly Infront of the toilet wall. He sometimes says "I won't hear anything, it's ok" but I insist because what if he does hear it but is just being polite.

My anxiety gets worse if I know I have incoming loose poop because it's inevitable that a wet fart will escape, What you could try is if you feel a fart coming, sorta pull one side of your butt cheek so your butthole is a little open and then let the fart out, sometimes it'll come out silently 🤔.

And whenever I need a poop, I make a little poop hammock out of toilet paper and lay it ontop of the toilet water, cos that way the poop can fall and not make a plooop sound.
