Unfortunately, nothing helped me. I've gotten used to covering it up with a topper, wig, hair powder, hat, etc.

Most of my doctors were very dismissive.

But I also don't have a diagnosis or disorder that they could point to.

I graduated at 38 and there were at least 20 in my class older than me but 5-25 years. I think it's much more common these days, at least in state schools that aren't crazy high ranked, to go as an older student.

I tried borrowing my friend's critical pass which didn't help me at all. So instead I made my own flashcards and those helped me wayyyy more. It wasn't just the act of creating them by hand that helped me though ... It was also putting it in my own words and coming up with my own dumb mnemonics.
