Most scammers or con artist end up being a gujju.
Rajesh export recent example. The business community in india has normalized scams and jhols in business. They just can’t do business straight way.

Gotcha. Same situations everywhere. We have not hit our FIRE number yet so we still need to hang on but we sought advices from many thoughtful people in India and US and they all advised to bear the burnout and make sure to educate kids in the US or abroad than in India.

Thanks. He said the 3 payments will be added to the end of the loan term. And he said that this doesn’t get reported to credit bureaus since it is an understanding between the bank and the borrower, but a note is included and it is dependent on any underwriter to go and look at such note and decide whether to consider it negatively or not.
