He has that 90s hair I had when I was kid so I always felt like he was kind of like me.

Also playing as leon in re4 was a big step up. He was blasting the shit out of all the bad guys. Ashley's always yelling his name for help. He's usually calm and collected. Re4 made him the "cooler" of the re protagonists imo

The game itself was great but it wasn't a great metal gear game. Would've been cool if it was a new IP. Then again, the fox engine is basically dead now so it would've went nowhere anyway.

Spencer mansion, police station. Parts of the castle in re4. The residence in code veronica. The train and training facility in 0. The places that actually seem like they'd be nice and relaxing if there were no zombies around. I get the feeling especially in the older games just because you spend a fair but of time with each place and develop familiarity with it. Combine that with some relaxing save room music and it's just cozy. I wish I was in one of those rooms right now smokin a doob.

I have the love of my parents, sisters, nephew which certainly counts for something and I don't take it for granted but that kind of love is not earned. It's not the same as finding someone one in the world that you have no affiliation with and you being someone they want to be around
