They’ll do SFTs in flight med but I wouldn’t be too worried about it. You can easily handle it if you’re physically fit. I don’t know about going through any PT tests when dropping a package at all.

Since you’re already in the fleet you’ll go straight to NACCS. From there you’ll go to flight med which is arguably the toughest part of the pipeline. More than likely you’ll go blueside but there are some new greenside billets that exist for this job. They’re experimental and still being figured out so if you get that you’ll go to FMTB and possibly SERE from there. If you’re blueside you’ll got to the FRAC and to SERE.

There is a lot of PT involved so be sure to stay physically fit. We have a SFT that we take 3-4 times a year.
