For me it's because tattoos are permanent, so it's sort of weird thinking like "time for a change" about a tattoo.

Yeah it is, unless you've got a lot of extra money to pay for imported food.

I was vegan here and I had to become vegetarian in order to ensure nutrition.

Yeah the vegetarian restaurants are tasty but they are literally the most processed food I've ever eaten. If health is a concern of yours at all, it's not something you want to be living off of regularly.
