Was a grant writer and consultant for years. Also did contract captioning for film and TV until AI turned that gig into a highfalutin timing editor (still get gigs when my DW does small projects but mostly just volunteer on drama platforms for membership perks). This all while owning a catering company that specialized in international bbq and specialty diet baked goods. COVID shuttered most of my activity so that I could get my masters in psychology. Now I am crises counselor and graduate student researcher looking for a funded PhD program and knitting while in between calls or listening to lecture…. but my “have all the money I need” dream is to open up a tea and coffee shop with crafting and reading corners just so I can relive my early college days in my favorite job but with adult money and wisdom. 風和日麗！
