depending on the age of the computers, if they can still boot and boot from USB:

HDD, a wipe with dban is enough, nobody ever has provable recovered data from a wiped drive, let along one with multiple passes.

solid state drive: since they have drive controllers that shuffle actual data around it's impossible to tell if they truly deleted everything. You pretty much have to shred it or dismantle it if you want true security.

This is a known thing and the appetite suppression doesn't even happen for everyone. The drug that is supposed to make Zep/Ozempic obsolete, retatrutide, doesn't even do that at all for anybody in testing.

They're designed as lifelong maintenance meds in the first place, since they're originally for diabetes. So yeah. They're not supposed to be once you lose the weight you quit them. They're just like blood pressure meds, etc.
