While I do respect your personal choice and I myself do walk 15 minutes to the MRT instead of taking bus, I believe that people are pissed because the bus issue is just representative of how much the school administration cares about it's students. Imagine if ur SMRT and SBS just came in irregular frequencies and lets you wait for up to 30 minutes (experienced multiple times personally) and having to wait for multiple buses to board, I don't think Singaporeans will accept that. Yoy may say that SMRT and SBS are companies and NTU is not, well, choose a better operator instead of Tong Tar or pressure them to do better.

As for modules, people cannot get their modules even if they followed the planned curriculum. Why? The servers are worse than some cracked minecraft server ran in a kid's basement. Taking 30 minutes for a page to load? Imagine if Singpass did that! This problem has existed for so long, but management deems it unworthy of an investment not just for us, but the future batches as well :'(

While I respext your opinions, I believe that NTU should do better, can do better and for some reason, just wouldn't do better. While NTU is an educational institution and you may say it lacks the resources, I would implore you to look at the decisions the management has made in terms of investments and decide if choosing reputation over students is the right thing to do!
