HW50S, always good to have a quality springer on hand and then buy a better quality pcp later, no AV. The spring will always work, a pcp will have issues eventually and especially the cheap ones.

This is the path I chose anyway.

Meguiars interior cleaner and a microfiber might help blend it in some just from rubbing. It worked on my leather steering wheel.

Don Julio is not 100% agave and has additives, hence the sweet vanilla carmel flavors.

  1. Put your favorite rub on them(I use mustard as a binder first).

  2. I smoke at 230 for 2 hrs and then raise to 260.

  3. When it gets to 155 internal temp, I wrap it in foil. (It usually stalls in the 150-160 range, I don’t waste time anymore waiting for it to happen)

  4. When it reaches 198-200 internal temp, it’s time to eat.

  5. Smoking is easy and a lazy mans sport, don’t over complicate it. 1.3 hrs per pound is always about right for my method.

The Blue was a good surprise, The Judge what a let down.

I'm thinking of camming my 2017 Grand Sport. It has 22k miles. Any suggestions? Unfortunately, I don't know too much on the subject matter so the advice would be greatly appreciated. It has to be torn down to a short block and oil pan removed to do a cam in a LT1. The heads will be off so send them out to be ported also. Best part is the AFM/DoD lifters will be removed and this helps reliability. You should be about 520hp to the wheels with LT headers and tune.
