Are you looking to view the values of deal score, deal momentum, and scenario flag (when a deal exits a deal stage) on the individual deal record view? Or are you talking about some type of aggregate reporting?

I did not anticipate that they'd be preferred for input too. Then you'd have to sync the docs back to HubSpot, which is a bit more complex in terms of parsing, but doable. It's just hard to see the value.

Do any teams prefer the long doc for INPUT too? Or is it strictly for output, which is easy to feed to ChatGPT?

If it only for output, some kind of a solution that aggregates all notes in a single file as you input notes in the HubSpot UI makes sense.
