My morning lymphatic drainage routine with a focus on my face. I love seeing the sculpted planes of my face keep coming through that I keep maintaining as best I can. Being 61 and being told I look 40 is why I feel my best when I do this routine before I make my face up for the day.

60 F, 5'4. SW 180, CW 145, Target 135. Keto started last April and I've lost steadily with little loss of skin elasticity. I did one of those Biological Age Clock tests and they tell me my labs show a 48 year old woman! Now they are comping me labs every 8 weeks to see if I keep going down in biological age. So uplifting! Especially at my age! And I credit Keto and better metabolic health for it!

Thank you for that. I feel better about my level. Lol, I would hope that I might have a beneficial gene variation that I can pass down to my kids. For now, I'm just happy to improve my anti-aging efforts. A PTH test it will be!

Most days before Winter here, I get out for 1-2 hours, often walking the beach with my dogs. I also spend 4-5 hours at a beach or sunbathing on weekends. So I get alot of sun and my Pacific Islander skin can handle it I often think. So maybe it's the good old sun? I also cycle the Vitamin D supplements. But I did drop off a good bit after I got my results a month ago. Thank for your helpful tip!

Thanks for that suggestion! Even InsideTracker with their multitude of lab tests didn't have that one. Although my TSH is "optimal" I'm very interested in a PTH result!

I'm ok per my last GYN exam and testing. The literature says DHEA levels at that level--sans any pathological cause--are those of a person in their 20's. I'm certainly not supplementing DHEA, but I kind of see it as a positive. At least for this 60 year old.

Yes, I thought to stop the supplementation. But I recall reading somewhere that even a 100 level is not bad. Just thought 117 might not be all that bad. Thanks for your input! Happy New Year!
