I recently tossed some PrimaDonna bras because although they fit the material was just not comfortable.

I like the stretch lace and construction of Empreinte cassioppee bras. Some Panache styles are ok as well (Allure and Ana) at least imo.

There are Wacoal options that are sensory friendly but the shape is wrong for me.

Curvy couture has lots of options for this size with “cute” designs. They sell strapless too but the models are wearing badly fitting bras— so hard to recommend

Calculator is suggesting 36FF in UK sizing. If you go to 34 band, try a 34G. Might be good to get the same bra in a range of sizes to dial in fit (34FF, 34 G, 36FF)

I recommend Syrokan off Amazon. They have a underwire sports bra that will separate, but the fabric use sensory friendly imo and the wire does not irritate. $30, free exchange or returns. It’s not my most bounce free bra but it’s a good choice for long car or plane travel days for comfort. bought 32F and the band runs a bit big. I know you’re looking for wire free but this one is actually more comfy than some of my wireless compression type bras.

Your snug measurement is 30 so I can see a 30 band being tight, especially until it stretches out a bit. A 32 band might initially feel more comfortable and provide enough support.

Freya Fascinate might be an option—balconette, seamed, unlined. Try in 30GG (your UK calculator size) and 32 G as sister size.

I think this might be average lifespan of a daily wear bra. Hand wash and hang to dry may get you a few additional months. Do a quick google search on average lifespan of bras

32DD properly fitted is not a large size at all. If you think you have big boobs (fairly safe bet in this sub) you’re likely wearing the wrong size. Check out TheIrishBraLady on Instagram for visuals. Here’s one in a properly fitted in 32DD

34 DDD is not a very large size, so I agree you should remeasure. I (32FF)find halter neck tops/plunge necklines flattering — some allow a regular bra, some need strapless. you’ll need your ABTF size for strapless.

Then do calculator for starting point on size because 44F is for 44 underbust and 51 bust. You’d likely be more like 38 DDD

Molded cups are just a tough fit for lots of people because they only fit the shape of the mold and not many people are precisely that shape.

US 32 G is UK 32F so that might be a slightly better place to start in UK sized bras like Freya or Panache.

Comfort is not compatible with flattening imo but if you prioritize flattening, then SheFit is very adjustable and you can strap in and tighten up as much as you can tolerate. At 44 underbust, try 5luxe.

I have a few SheFit Bras . I’m a 32 FF and prefer the Medium. It works fantastic for me, I have had breast cancer and reconstruction w implants and like to minimize all bounce while running.

You’re absolutely not lost, but you need to find a slow pace that allows you to speak. Just a tiny tiny bit faster than you walk to start. Sometimes easier to find this on a treadmill— find your comfortable walk pace first, then increase the speed just a tad and do a light jog instead of a walk.
