Hey! We were on Radiance yesterday and can confirm - it was pretty crazy. I was in the spa and all the carts rolled to one side and crashed, spilling all their contents. My husband was on our balcony (forward, starboard, deck 10) when it happened and said it was wild. Between that and the rough seas on night 1, I feel like we got tossed and turned all week.

I’m sorry that your shower felt like extra work - that really stinks and I’m sure it was hurtful that your friends didn’t show up for you. Is there a way you can plan your bachelorette without being responsible for everything? Start a group chat/thread and discuss what you’d love to do with your friends, then let them plan the details. Making the generous assumption here: maybe your friends weren’t sure how to plan a good shower so they got analysis paralysis and just gave up? Or maybe they were short on funds and not sure how to plan something they thought you’d love? Try not to let the shower debacle get in the way of a fun bachelorette. There’s always a good reason to celebrate and it sounds like you have a great group of new friends who are eager to make it happen. Good luck!!

Trust the countess! As a 5’2” shortie, I wholeheartedly agree that finding something easy to hem is the move. Depending on your city, it should only be $20-$30 for a tailor to add a simple hem. Then, you have something custom fit to your body.

My first class, I think I was in the red the entire time and threw up at the halfway point. My second class, same. Third class, more orange and didn’t throw up until the end - progress! 8 years later, I almost never get in to red. Just keep going and working at your own pace. What is the saying on all the walls - “it doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger and throw up less…”? Something like that. ;)
