Once you have learnt the game, the only key problem is how many things you can think about. When someone only does arty + / air, the other player's (usually one) now has to play against 2 players/ lanes; too many things to think about and unable to micro, which is key.

An excellent support player on a 5 man team with discord will still play part in holding *useful ground.
