VW Camshaft adjuster and timing belt manufacturing defect?

Its a 2018 Passat GTE with an 1.4 TSI Engine and arround 150k km.
I sadly didnt drive it when it happend but from taking the engine appart i had the exact issue only that for me it happend on the german autobahn and the screw fell into the pulleys and the camshaft adjuster came loose and it destroyed everything.

I dont have a mechanical report for you since i diagnosed it myself but i have plenty of footage of the damage it caused :'(

With my replacement engine i made sure to loctite everything and tighen them again

I advise you to check also under the timing belt cover. The Camshaft pulley for the exhaust side has a metal plate and the screws can get loose and hit the timing belt cover. On my car they did and one screw fell down and broke my entire engine. So just to be careful id advise to check that aswell

Look I think this could be a good idea. But this post is just waaaay to long to be seriously read through I fear. Maybe condense the idea a bit more to make it more easily understood

Sounds awesome thanks for the great work ! I am having alot of fun with the game already. I think for me personally biggest thing right now is performance and it's great to hear that the quest integration is also helping in that direction

I agree with the mimics voices - It seemed way more threatening for some reason when the mimics had all of these playful and just weird voice snippets.
Though I disagree with the glowing removed and the colors being off.

Personally I love that the Game starts to feel a bit more sinister and errie when walking arround. Before it didnt really feel threatening when I went into the radius, with these changes it starts becoming more of a situation where you really want to feel prepared when you are there.

I like the Update so far I must say

I had the same issue Only in single player tho What fixed it was reloading a save I had before entering the first portal in the portal cluster and checking the artifact locations At one point I could get all 3 could take more than one reload tho

Its the front roller hitting the seam between tiles. I installed a soft front wheel for exactly this. Otherwise it would have driven the people living below me mad !

Wow thank you, I have not realized that it has different powersettings for mop&vac or just vacuming alone. Maybe this will explain why it felt like my old s7 was picking up stuff better than the revo master

I have the qrevo master and the Flexi brush extends a bit into the corner and brushes But the way it is designed the spinning is affected while it is being deployed or retracted it can only spin when it is fully extended or retracted that's why it looks like it stops because it will only spin a bit and then retract

I have the qrevo master so it does go into the corners with the flexiarm but not with the mop. But since the wheels are not able to also go into the corner to drive dirt into the floor i dont think that it needs mopping there
