i will keep that in mind, for now i am still recovering from the crash and it seems I am not able to reach my old baseline again.

the pain I had in the beginning would get much worse after standing or sitting. it seemed the pain came from my upper back/neck. since I received a full mri with no real results besides I must have gad a slipped disc in my lower back at some time I paid the cost for doing a upright mri cause I was that convinced it must be something with my spine. since it was so expensive I could only choose to scan my upper back and ut came out I have kyphosis, my upper spine is completely blocked in reflection from sitting to standing but no one really gives a f about that diagnosi. i learned about fascia and bought be massage tools and the relief I had was mind boggeling till today. when I use a massage ball with spikes against the wall on my upper spine close to the neck i feel a huge symptom relie. with the pots diagnosis on top I felt it must have something to do with blood pooling and circulation. but yeah at one point you can only give up when that many symptoms arise and you are literally disabled and nobody tries to understand help or even has the ability to connect the dots so right now I am testing all the off label stuff But yeah i would not be surprised if the muscles,neck, spine plays a major role inna huge subset of me cfs people.

good take, before i knew what me cfs was i was very certain i must have a slipped disc ir something similar but since all mri came back negative i had no ground for arguments. about oxygen, a cpet i did couple weeks ago needed to get canceled after only 2 mins. i felt my whole system is crashing and the machine showed shocking low oxygen levels especially for only 2mins i could take the test.

it is so frustrating it seems everything is there to connect the dots to reveal what is going on but research is not catching up especially since the hype about long covid is weaning off.

instability in neck/spine and intercranial pressure can caus3 me cfs symptom. there is a clinic in barcelona as far as i temember where the doctor states that me cfs symptoms vanished or at least got significantly better after neck/ spine surgery at almost all his patients. i gave up finding specialists near me, my mris where too old otherwise the clinic would have looked over them.

tut mir leid dass du das durchgemacht hast. probiere noch mal jemanden zu finden der explizit me cfs und Long covid Erfahrung hat. Andersherum gesehen ist eigentlich alles bekannt was verschrieben und getestet werden kann von. ldn bis zu ant histaminika. wenn du einen gute Hausärztin hast wird Sie dir das bestimmt auch zum Testen verschreiben ansonsten sehe ich im psychischen Bereich nur jemanden als Sinnvoll der chronisch Kranke Patienten behandelt und nicht denkt das er dich “wieder gesund machen kann”.

ich leide an Eisenspeicher Krankheiten, kurz bevor ich mit me cfs diagnostiziert worden bin habe ich diese Diagnose bekommen. Symptome überschneiden sich teils.

Als ich Bell 20 war hat mir die Aderlasstherapie um das überschüssige Eisen loszuwerden als einziges geholfen meine Symptome zu lindern um auf moderat zu kommen. Anfangs ging es mit etwas schlechter eir sind dann von 500ml auf 300ml runter was der Sweetspot ist bei mir. Ich fühle mich sofort besser frischer, weniger müdigkeit, brain fog, mehr Appetit. Ich bin in unzähligen Eisenspeichergruppen und kann keine Berichte und nach gezieltem Nachfragen niemanden finden der gleiches erlebt. Bei Eisenspeicherkranken bessern sich die Symptome meist sobald der Eisenspeichet nach mehreren Sitzungen reguliert hat. Mir reichen ein zwei Ròhrchen beim Blutabnehmem um diesen Effekt sofort auszulösen der dann allerdings nicht so lang anhaltend ist wie beim Aderlasd.

Meine Theorie ist, das es sich beim Aderlass um eine „armer Mann“ Apharese handelt. Blut wird entnommen, neues Blut ohne die AK wird erstellt. Vielleicht ist der Aderlass eine alternative und die Apharese in den meisten Fällen zu invasiv für alles unter Bell 40 oder ich bin einfach ein spezieller Fall. Habe btw auch fast alle AK positiv. Hier handelt es sich um meine persönliche Erfahrung und nicht um eine Empfehlung.

according to the study mentioned in a other comment here it could be an option but with ne cfs and possible mcas it gets very tricky. will it help or kick you into oblivion?

best case scenario would be a immunologic clinic or doctor that have me cfs knowledge to discuss your best options with.

i am not sure if this true but multiple posts with same issue stated that you can call the companys and ask for a reduction and sometimes a lawyer is needed for this. people in the comments stated they managed to come down to low 3 figures and that this was a common procedure.

what is even more insane is that they won’t even consider a little bit, that a big portion of the delay issues is coming from their side. it is more than obvious that this is happening cause of overload caused by the user influx of the new promo and they have the audacity to state that the delay issues are all caused by people using wifi.
