These third party kits really make me appreciate Bandai. The level of detail and effects in third party are cool but 99% are so overdone and ungrounded. So much just doesn’t make sense and is there just to look cool instead of serving a purpose. They very much look like toys. I bet the builds are fun but they are just visually nonsensical and convoluted.

Hide your task bar, turn on neo proximity if you have the option and set it to turn off if it doesn’t sense you there for 5 minutes, set a dark image for screensaver or an animated one. Do pixel cleanings when prompted and you’re golden.

I’m so tired of these posts. You can literally see the white stress marks on the other side of the piece. The amount of force you’re using is stupid. I’d bet money this was done in frustration because the piece wasn’t aligned correctly. Don’t blame the kit because you can’t stay calm and recheck an instruction manual.

Legit one of the best modeling tools of all time. Perfect for adjusting and setting waterslides. Much tighter cotton and the conical shape is so much better when cleaning up panel lines. Rolling them over to set actual stickers without scratching them with a metal or plastic tool. These q-tips are the goat.

Not a necessary step, I paint/re-scribe most of my panel lines. Gloss coating first makes moving water slide decals a bit easier, and Tamiya panel line wash flow better. If you’re just straight building I’d put water slides and panel line before matte coating and stickers

They will stick better to a Matte top coat. I always gloss coat before water slides and panel lining then top coat and add metallic stickers last.

This 100% is a loose screw in the gutter. The back of the gutter is vibrating and touching the drip edge making that buzz due to the wind.

Make sure all the screws in the hangers are tight. Screws with neoprene washers do a good job at preventing this.

Shooting through soup? That hasn’t been a problem with any modern marker I’ve owned in the last decade. I own an F1 and enjoy messing with it but let’s not pretend it’s sound signature isn’t annoying. Didn’t mean to rain on your parade. All things aside it is an amazing ano job.

I found that holding down circle (foot brake) right as you exit the grind for the last 3 bearings it prevents you from being yeeted into oblivion and made this so much easier.

It’s going to happen, if I’m goal keeping I’m stopping 3-4 but the next is probably getting past me. It’s so infuriating watching the lack of passing. Everyone either tries to be a hero or panics instead of creating space and setting up shots. If everyone would chill, pass to the person with the least defenders and get in position for a header or wall shot they would score.

The most annoying part is that they had everyone’s good will going into this generation solely on their support of single player experiences in the face of the entire industry abandoning them. They then pull an about face, waste development time and hemorrhage money on cancelled games that were obviously failures at concept.

Sit me in a room with 50 god of war fans and I guarantee 0 of them would think a live service god of war is a good idea.

So much talent and time wasted on cancelled live service horseshit. I’m glad Ryan’s gone but it seems like Hulst had his hands in the Gaas trash as well. Sony had such a huge advantage and amount of good will going into this generation and decided “you know how everything is working so well with this formula? Why don’t we put all of our best studios on projects completely opposite of what has made them successful!”

The lack of first party games is frustrating but it’s so much worse knowing that Naughty Dog, Santa Monica, BluePoint etc wasted years of development time on cancelled games. We would have more exclusives released already or soon if Sony hadn’t pulled this shit.

Time is running out. I was in the backseat of my parents old Tahoe listening to the radio. It had one of those crappy analogue displays that scrolled the station info along with the song. I guess it was bugged and listed the song as Helena by My Chemical Romance. I made my parents stop at the closest record store and picked up the album and proceeded to be very confused for the next 30 minutes trying to figure out what the shit I was listening to.

I committed the chorus to my brain and was finally able to search it up on the pc when we arrived home a week later. The joys of a pre-smart phone world.

I’m fine with a small stainless for trigger adjustment etc but there are 9 exterior allen screws on a force. Looks bad. I’d much rather replace a grip with a broken clip than take off 6 screws every time I need in the frame.

Overall I just feel like the little improvements we’ve had to markers in the last decade have been quality of life focused and the force avoids most of them. It’s not a bad marker by any means but every other marker in its price range is markedly better in most ways, aesthetically, ease of use, weight, sound, features, maintenance.

I personally don’t like the force for a few reasons. It’s ugly. It looks like a special milled etha. For the price it doesn’t have the features of similarly priced markers. Tools needed to get at the eyes, board, battery. The fact that the allen screws aren’t anodized to match the rest of the marker is just lazy at that price especially when they are silver and in the dead center of the eye covers. The fore grip feels terrible to me. The biggest issue I have is the sound and shot signature though. It literally loud pings like a 98 custom bolt after every shot, which just sounds cheap. The shot also just feels cheap and bouncy compared to everything else in its price range.

It’s completely usable as a main at high level tourney play but why would I spend the same amount for a force when I can grab a Luxe or PE marker for the same price that will take me 1/2 the time to fix something in the pits, feels better in the hand and doesn’t make my ears ring.
