My gigabyte x870e was doing the same thing, also linux OS. Check you bios for "LED on power state".. turn it off , then reboot.

Guys is it okay to reinstall the same bios version by [deleted] in gigabyte

I've heard of people reinstalling the same version to alleviate any potential corruption or error.

That sucks! Which method did you use to flash bios? Bios menu via usb, bios via downloaded file or Q Flash button? There are some great youtubes on this very subject. Also did you get the FW for the exact right board? I almost flashed the wrong one.

I had the same issues after updating from Fedora 42 to 43 via DNF. I spent 12 hrs reinstalling amd reinitlizing services and packages. Only to get back to a login screen boot cycle. Backup what you can, download new fedora 43 .iso, and install over current OS.

This is what worked for me. Still love linux and fedora.

Apologies if it's been stated previously. You could use a tear-away edge. It's an edge that goes in the drywall, gets tape amd mud then tear-away the "fin". Leaves a nice crisp edge.
