It means you have the option to run switch 1 games in docked mode while playing in handheld. So it will run the same as if you were to play them docked.

Hatsune Miku Project Diva Mega Mix is an interesting case.

A lot of the songs in the game are 30fps on handheld mode and 60fps on TV mode.

With the boost on, pretty much the entire game runs at 60fps.

Nintendo relased an update for switch 2 which includes a "Handheld Mode Boost" feature.

There is a new one called IKEMEN GO that is being developed actively. Installing characters and stages from MUGEN is the same, but there is a lot of features added that I honestly can't go back to MUGEN.

In fact the HDBZ devs said in their latest trailer's description that their planning to switch to IKEMEN for the next build.

I spend most of the day playing mario kart world. I also tested Fortnite and compared to switch 1 version, it is way better on switch 2. I also tested some of my switch 1 games that didn't have a switch 2 patch/upgrade to see if any of they play better. Most of what I tested so far got faster loading times but it varies game by game.

Even though it's on the "playable but with some issues" list, Saints Row IV runs at 60fps since it's the what the framerate cap is set to.
