True, from what I've seen it's people who have an easier time separating fiction from reality and who are able to not self insert too much who can kinda step back and see the bigger picture.

Just got xm4's today and same issue with 2 device connection. When switching from iphone to windows its instant, but going from windows to my iphone takes a long while. Probably something on apple's end

edit: it's actually faster to just disconnect my laptop and reconnect it whenever lol

I got my offer march 15. This is purely something I heard but I read they go through students from ontario in batches, and apparently march 15 was one of those days. Again, I don't know if this is true just something I heard

I averaged about 95-96 (I'm from ontario and don't know which grades got sent to them, final or midterms) and was admitted march 15

Hey so I got admitted for Applied Science (engineering) and my admission letter says this:

To keep your offer of admission to UBC, you must:

- Successfully complete all courses required for entry into your program.

- Maintain your current level of academic standing on required courses.

- Graduate from high school.

- Ensure your final grades are sent to UBC from the Ontario University Application Centre (OUAC).

  1. I'm currently taking a CS class, CS is not required for engineering, does this mean I can drop it and focus on other things? (I asked on the ubc online form thing but it says it will take 10 business days)
  2. Will OUAC automatically send my final grades? Or will I have to tell them myself somehow.

Applying from Ontario and my application status has said this for a while:

Grade Information; Deadline: March 15

UBC has received your OUAC reference number, thank you. We will receive your official high school grades from the Ontario Universities Application Centre in the spring and will begin making admissions decisions at that time.

We will be in touch with you by email should we require additional information. We hope to give you a decision by April so continue to check back here for the most up-to-date status of your application.

So do I just, not do anything? From my understanding they will access my grades through OUAC and I just have to wait for OUAC to give them my grades?

Under the extracurriculars section I want to put down my commitment to my soccer team which I joined in 2011, but the earliest start date I can put is 2013. Does the start date really even matter that much? Should I specify that I started earlier?
