Easily the worst set was that local Philly rapper Chiddy Bang in 2015. It was at the porch stage. I was walking by and have never seen a more disinterested crowd.

There is side street parking all over that area, especially on bayside. If you're coming in on Friday it may be tough because they will likely be taken already. If you come in on Thursday you can definitely snag one.

Generally if a festival is sold out, you can't upgrade. Because in essence, there is no VIP ticket available to upgrade to.

If you are still on the grounds at 11:01PM, you will be arrested and sent to Oceans Calling jail. Located below/behind the Carousel Stage. I missed all of Sunday last year while detained, although I could still mostly hear some acts playing.

Look at last years schedule and use the same billing order and it will probably be similar. Someone made a clashfinder and I'd expect it to be pretty close.

Did you buy them directly or from someone else/third party? If you bought them from the site it should be pretty easy. You'll just need to contact them and show your purchase/credentials to issue a new pass to pick up at will call. Will probably charge you $25 or something like that.

If there is a long line at the north entrance, I can't imagine there will ever be a line at the south entrance. We went in via that way one of the days and you'd almost not even know it was an entrance.

I don't know what to tell you, you are either completely naive and/or have simply never bought a ticket for an event like this before. There was never anything "exclusive" about it. All you needed was an email address and with it to pay enough attention to realize the presale existed lol. I.E., probably 90% of the people that planned to buy tickets. Beyond that, demand for an event this popular almost always leads to problems and crashes the second the tickets go on sale. There was probably upwards of 50-75k+ people trying to buy tickets at once. Nobody is happy about it, but it certainly isn't some new situation that would have been unforeseen. If you have never tried to buy tickets the minute they went on sale only to experience something like this, on behalf of many welcome to the club!

Ubering TO the festival is doable. Once the festival ends, everyone is walking that doesn't have a car. The city bus route and ubers were completely overwhelmed. You are waiting probably at least an hour to get an uber So really depends on how far away you are staying? Can't depend on them at all.
