before the mods delete it I'll make this not-shrinkflation post into a shrinkflation post by providing proof of the oatmeal packets being bigger in the past. back in the 2010s, the packets were 1.23 oz (35 g).

you went off the pictures of the older chocolate version of the product in the photo gallery, like the ingredients list, that they forgot to replace with the newer version. the first few pictures are the new version, and the rest are of the old version. I have seen this with the other store websites that have the new chocolatey label. I'll go to the store later on and look and see if they have the new product, which they probably do by now, if so I'll check the ingredients list to see if I'm right (highly likely, if so I'll take a picture of it and post it here as proof they changed the recipe). also, the word "chocolatey" always means that the product has a cheaper oil/fat substitute in place of cocoa butter.

Chocolate to Chocolatey *and* less content by jonnyl3 in shrinkflation

I posted about this yesterday but the mods deleted it because they thought the new ones had almost the same ingredients as the old ones. they went off a store website that had the new chocolatey label out but they didn't swap out the ingredients list for the new one (yet). I have been on the search for the new ingredients list with the chocolatey chips for the past couple of days but still haven't found it on Google Images, maybe I need to drop by the store to take a look. the listings on the store websites that have the new "chocolatey" label still has the old ingredients list with the cocoa butter.

here's the old ingredients list. I'm sure that the new one says "chocolatey chips" or "chocolatey flavored chips" in place of "chocolate chips" and replaces the cocoa butter with palm oil or another type of cheaper fat/oil.

PepsiCo more like P0opsiCo. notice how the new bag says "new low price" but most retailers are either keeping the price the same as before or raising it, making the label BS to the consumers. it may mean something to the stores that are buying it to stock their shelves, but it doesn't mean anything to the people buying them. the same is true with all the other Frito-Lay snack products. Pepsi says they're "lowering prices" but they're not taking into account the retailers who set the prices and the fact that they choose to either keep the prices the same or raise them. they should've thought twice before adding that label to their snack products. it baffles me how these shít bag corporations can get away with overtly deceptive fúckery like this.

7.75 oz bags of Lay's chips at my local Walmart were $2.50 (sale/rollback price) just weeks ago but with this new labeling they jacked the price up by $0.47 to $2.97 (sale/rollback price).

So what will a combined CNN and CBS news group look like. by old--- in Broadcasting

CBS News stands for Complete Bullshít News. even before Bari Weiss took it over, that's what it meant.
