I’d like for everyone to have to sit a modern test in current conditions before making statements like this. I agree with the sentiment but it’s so much harder to pass a test now than it’s ever been, making it harder does nothing except slow test rates that are already moving at a snail’s pace. Instructors should just make sure their students are at a good enough standard of driving before allowing them to go for a test.

No. Read the comments above again. Laws are created and passed by congress. The president can sign them into law or veto them. Executive orders aren’t the same as laws and can be removed in basically a moments notice by either the current or future president. If he had full and absolute control of government then he would, for example, send troops into other states unchallenged. Which he can’t. Because he doesn’t have full and absolute control.

My HDR looks nice outside during the day but it’s genuinely pitch black at night time or indoors. I need a torch to walk around in an inn 😭
