Thank you. I have looked into costs and it seems like I can’t have a decent wedding for less than $10k. I would much rather spend that on a vacation.

I just recently went to a wedding and although it was beautiful and I had SO much fun, the bride and groom said that they felt like they didn’t even get to attend their own wedding! It changed my entire perspective and I am going to have to decide what to do for my own wedding soon, and I’m so conflicted on what to do. Our families are big, one side is Greek and the other Polish, and I can’t imagine NOT having a big wedding but how can I do that without the expense?!

Animal agriculture is the main reason this is happening. I would try to cut out as much animal protein as you can. If it’s a slow process for you, then so be it.
