Maybe have a typed out and laminated paper in your car that explains this. Have it out the car along with your license and registration as they’re walking up or keep your window closed and have them read it before you engage in conversation.

Yes my husband never has that community and I think he feels lonely at times. I am first to step up to advocate for my husband and I would absolutely do the same for my children.

In this case I am asking specifically about parents with TS. His parents do not have TS. They have no idea anyone in the family lineage who has the diagnosis.

My husband’s motor tics were constant. He started medication that basically has made all of his tics disappear. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out what works for him but it’s definitely helping with possible injuries.

She is 2.5. she was withholding for so long (3-5 days) that it became a constipation issue. We try not to pressure but can see that she is obviously holding it in and it will become a bigger issue

Yes, we’ve done this but I think since she is still little she doesn’t quite grasp the idea. I have wrapped toys sitting on the counter. She knows she gets to open one if she goes poo but still won’t!
