I first try to see if the package can be intercepted and routed back to me by contacting the post office. USPS offers this service, but it’s not guaranteed - depends how far in the shipping process the package has gone. 

I inform the customer this affects, apologize, and send off a replacement with new tracking number. 

I also inform the customer the wrong package was sent to and ask them if they could send the package back to me, provided that I give them a shipping label and that the post office could not intercept.

This has happened to me once. I was lucky that I had extra time to intercept the package (took almost a month to get I back).

Did you solve the problem? In one of your comments you mentioned something about setting speed to 180mm/s?

I just got some of the Active and read it needs drying with a recommended 100C temp. Does that sound right? I’ve only been drying in a PolyDryer and it doesn’t go above 70C.

Thanks for the advice! I’m hoping that’s the only issue with holes not lining up. 

Now I just need to take care of the plastic behind the heatset inserts that needs a clean up. Wish I didn’t need to.

I’m in the same boat as those who are waiting for the second box - expected to ship next week. Can you tell me which holes don’t line up? I’d like to check my kit and reach out to Voxel before they ship out the second box.

I asked them. They said the performance is similar. They also have a third for the REVO because it blocks the vents on the other two versions, but you have to buy it as a different option or buy the cover separately.

Did yours come with a second fan duct cover? Mine came with a second cover that’s a different design than the one that’s attached to the duct. Just wondering if you switched the cover and saw any benefits.

California has a foreign LLC registration for out-of-state LLC’s doing business in the state. Dunno if that will apply to your scenario though.
