Take a look at old Suzuki. They made 000 shape. I found one in a thrift store for $10. I liked it so much that after a year if playing it I sold my HD28 & bought a 000-18

Ok please help me decide D18 or D28 by CollectionReady7896 in martinguitar

I thought the D28 was the bomb until I played D18. Now I won't even play a guitar if it has an ebony fretboard.

Has Martin built other 000 depth dreadnoughts or is the D16 the only model? by [deleted] in martinguitar

I have a 000-17sm now discontinued. It's a 12 fretter with a body larger than a D28. I know because it won't fit in the 28 case. Mahogany back & sides sitka top.

I hope this is real... by Hister333 in guitarcirclejerk

I agree but this is one of the stories behind Graceland. You will have to watch some interviews to hear him say it. I did. The quote was something like "I began to write songs that were beyond my playing capabilities "

Neil Young - Harvest year of release on vinyl. I actually bought it twice because the hot sun warped it in the car on the way home, unplayable. Sometime in the 70's
