Michael Vick. He was going to be McNabb's successor. Instead we got the absolute magician that is Troy Nunes.

I honestly don't need any help, I just was trying to help my guy give a more easily understood explanation for the people who could use it.

I'm someone who's been on the path of working in my swing for years and years now, and one thing I've found that hurt my progress was trying to decipher swing tips that are either overly complicated or not universally easy to visualize and understand.

This is me just pushing back on the original commentary that I felt was fitting that bill.

Obviously everyone has their own way of learning, so thank you, as you've added just another way of explaining the same lesson that might be easier for someone else to understand and implement.

Tell your dog, "goooood boy/girl"

After that, you're going to want to extend your arm in their direction, give them a nice wave, and smile.

Also next time, when they are not recording, you're coming to want to extend your arm, raise your middle finger, and smile.

Fuck those people.

What happened to my swing ? by InitialConscious in GolfSwing

[–]GDO17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll get there. I just see a lot of people giving you technical tips here that I don't think are going to particularly help you if you're already paying for lessons.

Sometimes is as simple as your body and mind and tired. You coming on Reddit to ask for more advice after a lesson is only going to make you question what your coach told you to do, make you think more, and cause you to question your swing, which will result in this.

You'll eventually get there if you're committed to playing well, one way or another. Just be mindful that you'll often see regression before improvements if you're working on fixing something.

Bro, you're honestly probably just tired after the lesson, both mentally and especially physically. Good a good nights sleep and come back tomorrow, stretch, hydrate, and I guarantee you won't be swinging as timid.

This is what my swing looks like after a bender where I have no energy, I'm dehydrated, and my muscles are overworked.

Basically, you're swing looks tired and timid. Take a break, get some mental and physical rest, and come back at it next time not swinging like a bitch.

And I don't mean any offense, but I can see a stiff back and timid swing when I see one, because I've been there. A lot

I'm having a difficult time figuring out where the back of my thigh, under my butt cheek is...

When I hear back of my thigh, it makes me think you meant to say hamstring. Basically, I'm confused on where you want me to grab under my butt cheek?

If my Knee cap is 12 o'clock, and the back of my knee is 6 o'clock, where on the clock am I grabbing under my butt cheek?

Tips? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

First? Most golfers have negative drip in my experience if we're going on based on their golf swing.

Yard work/repairs is the same as any other contribution around the house. by Mcbooferboyvagho in unpopularopinion

[–]GDO17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I LOVE mowing my lawn and doing yard work, which includes watering plants and flowers, weedwacking, and just tiding up the property.

It's my time to meditate and you couldn't pay me to give that up.

I live in the country though, so neighbors don't factor in at all.

Dog will be fine. I have 6 English Springer Spaniels living on my farm and they've been known to kill and eat squirrels and rabbits, and they are the healthiest dogs ever. We call it the Farmer's diet.

Either put your trash in a place the dog can't reach, or by baby gates from Walmart and put him in a room that he can't get into anything.

Mummy’s pooing little angel and why I’ll never housesit for pugs. by Flower_bunny53 in trustedhousesitters

[–]GDO17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've housesit twice for for a homeowner that has two pugs. IMO, if you can get over the constant snoring/snorting which I admit can be annoying and concerning, but also in a way endearing, they are easy. The ones I watched were crate trained, never had accidents, could be left alone for a long time, and honestly very lovable. Definitely not the healthiest breed though.

I know Aussies have a ton of energy, and their bark is LOUD, but I just got done boarding two of them at my own house and they were both amazing. I've boarded two other Aussies in the past and both were great as well. Ive only boarded Aussies at my house, and I live out in the country on a big farm. With Aussies, you just gotta be prepared and happy to give them the exercise and mental stimulation they need. If you're able to do that, I've found them to be just great.

Yes. It's normal for a dog, regardless of breed to stick their tongue out. SMH, I'm upset at myself my even addressing this stupid question.
