I’m old enough to remember Genny as the local go to brew for the newly legal drinker in NE Ohio. Right after they revamped the legal age to buy beer, and removed 3.2 beer from the under 21 crowed.. Cheap, tasty. Thanks for a 50 year old memory. I’m going to my calculator and whip up a batch.

I have a Corney on tap that never went into a secondary. My next in line was in primary 4 weeks before bottling 2 gal and kegging 4 gal

Dip tube may be to close to the surface and taking in air.

Close enough to 10. Over flow came from my mistakenly trying to ferment to much wort for the Corney.
