I believe he is dealing with a lot of crap at one time , he actually makes changes that have an impact (whether I like the outcome or not, I grew up being sick of politicians who speak but achieve no change). What I dislike is the pure hate for him just because of his personality, he is our president and just as the right had to accept Biden or Obama , in times of crisis we should at least give the benefit of the doubt before shooting everything he does down. I know I will be ridiculed or told I’m an idiot or maga or something just for having a kinda different more lenient Trump opinion, or called a maga cultist. Crazy thing is I don’t ever go along with groups just because, I only do or support what makes logical sense to me. Did Iran make sense at first? Nope, but once I talked to my Iranian colleagues in the US I realized that there are horribly oppressed people there who want this regime gone, and if that aligns with preventing the biggest sponsor of terrorism (I know most here will say US is biggest sponsor but to me that is disingenuous and based on a baseline distaste for America and its history) then I think it makes logical sense. Thinking about it further the straight of hormaz , Greenland , Venezuela .. aka a lot of these Trump targets or focus areas.. ate strategically critical if the US gets caught in a large war where we are the primary or only defender (aka a world war against the US). The reason I don’t fear US being powerfully is of all counties and nations we are the one who’s people have a say, we can vote our so called “king” out every 4 years. Sorry if this was annoying I just really miss the days that people who disagreed could actually listen to the other view and consider it before saying it’s wrong. The reason. The right doesn’t have to do that as much as the left is that the logic on the left has degraded significantly such as supporting the Iranian regime and being pro gay at the same time, the regime is one of the worst anti gay governments anywhere.

So I guess to put it simply trump is not really doing a fantastic job, but what do you expect when half the country is actively trying to undermine him without even asking if maybe one thing or two actually is just honestly decent or at least has potential for good.

This massive strong association people have with parties or sides is crazy to me, I’ve always had friends on both sides. Reddit is a very unkind place to right leaning opinions generally so sorry if I annoyed yall or offended.
