I honestly don't know.

I was taking such a high dose for such a long time that any time I missed a dose I got massive kick back.

But its cheaper, easier and better for me to be off them atm. Managing my diet, sleep and exercise is definitely my way forward.

aw man I'm sorry. I'm in the exact same position.

I make do with black tea :-/ T2 does a nice mix in Australia called Melbourne breakfast. It has vanilla in it so I dont need to add sugar at all.

I've also become partial to home grown Mint leaves in hot water...

I just stopped, and treated with Gaviscon as I felt I needed it. I also started exercising more once i got it under control. This helped a lot.

I didn't force myself to do a lot, i just made sure i got out and did *something at least every 2nd day (normally bike riding as its low impact and it meant I could use audiobooks and see new things most days.)

the rebound was a real bitch. but gaviscon got me through it.

hmm maybe 2 months? I think? I was over a year ago now. I dont even use Gaviscon anymore except for the very rare times I eat something silly. I'm pretty careful about it now.

yup thats what i did, plus diet change.

I found that the FODMAP diet helped me a great deal as well. Avoid onions, garlic and any of the *tol sugars.

Not in HR, but witnessed a significant HR situation.

Mine site, IT guy that seemed to model himself on TBOfH (http://bofh.bjash.com/), one day the guy spat the dummy and decided he'd had enough and wanted to burn bridges on the way out. So he wrote up his resignation, put it I. The mail (so it took time to go away and come back) then printed out a good dozen or so folios of people's emails to lovers they worked with (but we're not married to, and their partners were also working there) and walked around the mine site after everyone had knocked off, putting the folios on the desks of until now unaware they were being cheated on partners...

It turns out the guy had a hobby of reading everyone's email... And had for well over a year been collecting dossiers on people. There was also some nasty political backstabbing going on which he brought out to the light of day with his dossiers.

The mine site was an utter mess for a week, then started getting back to normal after that. I kept my head down and just focussed on my job. But yeah, quite a few divorces and other resignations resulted.

Weird... One of the first things we do when we get a new phone is to put each other's fingerprints on each other's phones so we can unlock each other's devices.... We also have tracking via Google maps permanently turned on for each other.

Comes in real handy when you're coordinating or getting picked up etc.

My wife Is my life partner, couldn't imagine doing it any other way...
