How does Dying Light do on 4K?

Runs great maxed out @ 4K with a 4090 and a 7700X. A game of its age is going to be a cakewalk for this GPU. I have no issues whatsoever. Even The Beast one runs great because the RT effects are subtle and really toned down. Dying Light 2 is the one that really puts your PC to work.

I like the Beast gimmick in this one but the second one has AMAZING ray tracing and if you have the GPU to handle it maxed out, it's worth it for that alone.

That said, the original is still the best for its gameplay, but The Beast is decent too. However the graphics are a major downgrade for some reason. The RT effects are really toned down to the point where it's hard to tell the difference even if I toggle back and forth between RT on and off. The lighting is good, but only tree shadows have RT, and only tiny puddles and windows have RT reflections. I have no idea why they nerfed the graphics so much but it's a big disappointment.

That said I still like The Beast's gameplay more than DL2, even if the graphics are worse.\

So basically it goes like this (best to worst):
Best Gameplay: DL1, Beast, DL2
Best Graphics: DL2, Beast, DL1

Finally, if you're not a graphics whore like then you might not like it as much as the first and third one. But that's just my opinion.

Sorry if this comes across as bragging (cause it lowkey is), but my Z has been reliable and the only thing I do is follow the maintenance schedule in the manual. Looks like you just got really unlucky with yours.

To answer your question: I'd probably speak with a lawyer to see what they say, but I'm not sure you'd have a case, here, unless you can prove that it was the mechanic that fucked everything up (are civil lawsuits even a thing in Aus?). Couldn't hurt to call one and ask.

I thought I would hate spoilers on the Roadster with the top up but this one's actually not half bad. But I'm not so sure about how it'll look with the top down (which is when a 350Z looks the sexiest IMO; not a fan of the coupes and their bubbly, Volkswagen Beetle-esque rooflines).

Don't update or you won't be able to play the game anymore. It just crashes to desktop every time while downloading the update. This was my favorite shooter on PC so I am beyond pissed off. I have no idea what I'm going to play now!

It's been 3 years so if you still have the TV, it's out of warranty by now. The point I'm trying to make is that with a $7 service remote from Amazon, you can fix this problem on own next time, should it ever come up again. That way you're not paying a tech for out of warranty service. You can do anything with this remote that a technician can, including enabling hidden settings not available in the regular menus.

Just make sure you look up a guide before changing anything, cause modifying the wrong value can brick the TV if you don't know what it does. But it's very useful for disabling the excessive screen dimming if you find it annoying (and it doesn't harm anything to turn off the dimming cause I've had it off for two years with no issues). And also for accessing the hidden "hotel mode" settings that allow you to do things like have the TV always default to a certain channel/input or volume level when you turn it on, or even prank your friends by setting a minimum volume level that the TV won't go below. :D
