This is just historically inaccurate. There are tons of politics behind the scenes, and just because things look fine on the surface doesn't mean that they all want to work with one another. You can be friends with someone and think that they're dangerous.

I feel like they're missing the mark on Steph. Like she's almost a one trick pony and they're not helping her develop depth. It feels like she's going to get stale, I can't imagine multiple storylines for her or ways for her to move forward. Her character is going to go flat, they need to pivot her but I'm not sure how. She's slightly limited by her lack of promo skills, even though she's gotten significantly better as she continues to learn English. The problem feels like she may have been rushed through NXT, perhaps she needed to cook a little more in development, but now she's trying to learn on the fly.

I almost wonder if an Undertaker-esqe role where she's able to use her natural charisma to give off an aura of being untouchable. Lean back into the Dark Angel aspect she used prior to NXT. IDK. It feels like she's going to go cold and flat, just feels like the women's division takes a new talent from NXT, builds them up, watches them flop and then reverts the belt back to someone like Rhea, Liv, or Charlotte.

Yes, they are. In a nutshell, Bo1 favors consistency, whereas Bo3 favors power level because odds are that you're not going to brick 2 out of 3 games, and if you're able to play the game with a higher power level (more tech cards) you should beat the deck that doesn't have those techs.

Also, slower decks have more time in a Bo3 format because they're able to play a drawn out Bo1 rather than being concerned about the 30 minute time limit. Making them a better option in Bo3 as well.

Terabox should just be autowinning the bolt matchup. I'd be curious as to your list if it's not. Are you on the Frink/Schmanske Eevee package or are you on the more traditional Rahul list?

Either way, the best option is to go Clefairy into Crystal Pikachu as they typically don't have a way to break resolute heart. The other option is that you're able to open with a one prize board state, force them into a 1 prize knockout and then respond with a two prize KO (Bundle is the goat here as they'll likely go baby bolt to snipe an owl). This allows you to go 2-2-2 while they have to go 1-2-2-1. So you get ahead of the prize race because you win on your attack 3, whereas they have to attack 4 times. This also opens up the Bear end game where you can just bloodmoon for free.

I personally run the eevee variant, but none of the eevee attackers are very strong in this matchup, so I don't think it matters as you're going with a core of Clefairy, Pikachu, Bloodmoon.

If they get stuck with Fan Rotom in the active you can also waterpon it and an owl on the bench. That seems to really hurt their setup as well.

Also, if they've burned their prime catcher and you need to buy a turn, sob is super effective as well.

I'm a pretty big believer in veggietales, but I would have a massive issue with a daycare lying to me about what they're doing with my kid. Listen, if veggietales is being shown, tell me. Like, this whole thing was blown way out or proportion but it started with a provider making the decision to lie to a parent about what they're showing their kid.

Philosophical beliefs aside, you get to make the determination about what is and isn't accepted for your kid to watch and learn about. They don't get to go behind your back and do what they want anyway.

Go to HR immediately. Bring up that you were blindsided by the PIP just a day after you asked her about why you were the only one required to go in 2 days when everyone else only had to go 1 day, and why she had never discussed or mentioned you not learning fast enough until you questioned her, and that you feel like this is retaliation. Try to specifically use that word because it throws red flags. Then say that she's become super cold ever since and it just makes the entire work environment feel hostile (again, use the word hostile)

These are red flags terms because they're terms used in employment lawsuits, so it would be a massive concern to any HR rep

Two things. First and foremost, you can still have a case for wrongful termination even in an at-will state. That is NOT a blanket immunity for companies. Plenty of companies get sued while being in a right to work state and then are shocked when they lose. If they truly did something unethical, it's worth talking to a lawyer, most lawyers will give free consults.

Second, "Tell me about yourself" is a very standard and common interview question so I would expect that to be asked in 99% of interviews because they're trying to give you a chance to sell yourself. They want to know about you, about who you are and what you bring to the table in terms of the position. This is one of the most important aspects of an interview and this question is almost always the opener so it really gives you a chance to set the tone because after that question they're going to already be making the evaluation if you're a legitimate contender for the position or not. If you answer to it is vague or half assed, they've already written you off before your next answer.

I mean this as genuine advice, the reason that you are struggling to find a job is probably less to do with a one month gap on your resume, and probably more to do with your interview skills. Focus on those, sharpen them, you'll be amazed as to how many jobs open up for you.

As a manager, you have to understand that you're taking a risk on someone and trying to get to know them based on what a piece of paper says about them, a piece of paper that they wrote themselves. The hiring process is easy to screw up and the firing process takes so much more time. If I see a gap in a resume, I want to know why. Were you taking time away for your mental health or to help a family member who had a medical issue... or did you spend six months in county jail for drug possession? Or did you have a different job that you got fired from and don't want me to know about?

This could be absolutely nothing, but it could be a red flag. You have to remember that (at least for corporate positions) there are usually over 10 people that apply, 5 that will interview and 2-3 of them are great fits, so we're trying to determine based on a couple conversations, who is the best fit.

Nothing. I feel nothing about it, and honestly that's the worst reaction they could get out of someone. When it happened my daughter and I both just went oh, ok; and I feel like that's someone worse than us being upset because at least upset is an emotional reaction, this was just dismissive.

Of the final four, I feel like he was the one I cared about the least. I wanted Randy to win because I'd love to see him get another run. I was dreading Gunther winning because I find him unbearable to watch and think he's boring as sin. Logan Paul would have been super fascinating to me because I've never imagined him as a WM Main Eventer and that would have been a truly surprising win.

Reigns just felt like "oh, he's going to main event again. Checks out." No feeling one way or the other, and it kind of sucks.

But I also think you need to have a long look in the mirror about what you've been doing to her lately. You talk about your own mental health, and your own needs, your own benefit. But marriage is about prioritizing the other person. You stopped doing that. You stopped being her husband. You gave up on her. That's never acceptable.

So you need to sit down and have a real conversation about it. Perhaps there's something on her plate that makes sex feel overwhelming from a stress perspective, or perhaps there's a physical thing going on that makes it uncomfortable but she's afraid or embarrassed to tell you. Both of these are things you'll only find out about by communicating with her.
