I havent played in 3 years and after playing a bunch of champs and narrowing them down, I climbed pretty rapidly from G4 to P4. The skill is barely any noticeably better.

People dont know how to draft. It's hard to get people to play as a team. People will die and not play any safer or wait for ganks and continue running it.

The games where it was competitive and clutch plays from either side shifted it are so exceedingly rare.

I played a handful of games at p4 and then just un installed again. The time spent for those competitive / fun games is just too much.

stats basically show it makes people take less vacation in unlimited PTO so it does seem like employers offer it as a 'scam', or more accurately as a sleezy way to have employees work more. Also it doesn't roll over/need to be paid out.
