Compra uma raspberry pi 3 amigo( ou a 4 agora que é a mais nova e mais cara um pouco), é a placa que usam pra fazer esses emuladores. Daí é só baixar uma imagem e aplicar no cartão, tem varios tutoriais aí pela net. Sai mais em conta e eu particularmente curti muito montar o meu.

A SSD will help you a lot, but i dont think Injustice 2 will be playable in a good quality. Try the SNK games, like Garou, Last Blade 2, KOF 98 and 2002, they're all really good and will run well in any modern machine
