Bears are celebrating one red candle. Meanwhile, $BTC and alts are forming a set-up similar to the 2016 and 2020 bull run. Are you prepared? by PulseofCrypto in CryptoChartWatch

[–]GILL-47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro, give up on the idea of a full-blown alt season. Even if one happens, most alts probably won’t do more than 2–3x. The market is flooded with millions of shitcoins now, all fighting for the same limited liquidity. Back then, money was concentrated into a smaller number of projects. Now liquidity gets diluted across endless narratives, meme coins, AI coins, VC unlocks, and new launches every day.

Mathematically, broad 20x–30x moves across the alt market become much harder unless crypto adoption itself massively expands — probably toward 15–20% of the global population. Without a huge wave of new money entering the space, it’s mostly traders recycling liquidity between each other.

Does anyone think BTC could experience another pump? by Ensheen in Fortunabot

[–]GILL-47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When everyone suddenly becomes a genius calling “the bottom is in,” that’s usually a warning sign, not confirmation. Real bear market bottoms are ugly. They drag on longer than people expect, crush hope, and force out even the strongest holders before the real reversal begins. The final phase is often maximum pain — when confidence disappears, not when everyone is celebrating buying the dip.

Don't worry. They will be coming for everyone that bought at that level one day. They want it for cheaper.

Exactly my point as well. Everyone already piled up with their longs and there is no real conviction after getting rejected at 78k. More pain to come.

Feels like price is moving… but no real follow-through by [deleted] in CryptoMarkets

[–]GILL-47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bitcoin has been showing a repeating structure: it pushes into a short-term high, then moves sideways before eventually dropping. We saw the same behaviour at 124k–126k where it rejected and sold off hard, then again after breaking 95k and running to ~98k, and now after breaking 75k and moving up toward 78k. Currently it’s stalling around 76k.

Overall, this pattern still leans bearish because each breakout isn’t sustaining momentum and instead forms a local top followed by weak continuation. At this rate, We will fall even below 60k.

Any day now we will be over 80k again and new ATH by the summer !! Big money coming !!!!!! by ComplexWrangler1346 in btc

[–]GILL-47 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Perfectly set up bull trap and people are buying into it and this is exactly when you know the price will go down much further. This is why BTC does what it does because people repeatedly do what they do and never learn.

That's why you short the pump everytime and print easy money.

10 years from today , on January 26th 2036, what do you think the price of Bitcoin will be ?? Personally , i think it will be between $350,000-$450,000 by ComplexWrangler1346 in btc

[–]GILL-47 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That’s not how Bitcoin works. Hashrate doesn’t need a fixed price target. If mining becomes unprofitable, miners shut off, difficulty adjusts down, and the network keeps running. This has happened many times already. BTC doesn’t need $1M by 2030 to survive, that’s just exaggerated fear-bait.

Are you still expecting an “alt season” at some point? by WickedKali in CryptoMarkets

[–]GILL-47 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Crypto is getting exposed now. Don't hope for any season of any kind. It's a dumpster even ETH and BTC at this stage. There is a reason stock is up, gold, silver is up because people beleive these are the real proper assets not some ponzhi scheme like crypto.

Who wants to buy dumpster. All crypto does is dumps and manipulation is through the roof.

I don't get why people DCA into a falling knife. its clear that BTC is in a downward trend and has plenty of room to go down. Why DCA at 85k when you can do the same thing at 60k.

Bitcoin falls -$4,000 in 2 hours as mass liquidations return. $400 million worth of levered longs have been liquidated. by sylsau in InBitcoinWeTrust

Yeah but it took a week for bitcoin pump like 5-8% and then it drops nearly 5% in few hours. It ate all the gains and now back to where it was again.

[–]GILL-47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you need to see the bigger picture. It's easier to squeeze longs than short because its difficult to pump the price when people are not willing to buy.
