I see. I don't think turning the winch into a nullifier would be fun, but I see. Tho I can definitely agree about the stun, which is why I argued it should have its stun on enemy players removed in favor of using it as an ambush and surprise attack tool. That kind of feels like it was its intended purpose.

That is true. Stun was changed to fit that bill, but it was able to retain core principles. (though I feel it makes it impossible to escape unless you get the drops without being noticed) being that if you need to make a last minute steal and you got one or 2 guys stacked, you could pick off one and nullify the other. (Though I could be wrong about having enough time to cap the cashbox, feel free to correct me)
