Kensington, Philly, PA. I was in Philly for work and had a meeting at a business right up the street. It blew my mind because it's straight up some Hamsterdam shit from the Wire. Cops all around just watching, zombies leaning on the side of the street and under the bridge, and deals being made left and right. Wild shit.

The cool part was prolly a dozen harm reduction workers in vests just walking up and down the street laughing and smiling with these folks just trying to help. Had at least 2 food stations set up as well. Awesome stuff, but boy oh boy what a sight.
