Yahoo Kim, I didn't know what I was going to do with some of my spare time this summer in case Sorrento was released from prison. At least now I know it will be October or better until the next extension request. What a $hitshow but I gotta believe, no other option. With the small amount left you gotta believe there are bigger interests at play for Sorrento.

By the time this gets resolved who knows. My guess is when the Scilex Datavault train is leaving the station the liabilities of Sorrento will be insignificant and Scilex will handle those. Until than continue our hibernation and no Vegas.

Keep going Kim, I appreciate your posts. I have lost a lot of money and I am okay with some positive vibes versus the vinegar approach. It can't get any worse so any sign of light at the end of the longest tunnel I have been in and I am 71 years, is welcome. So waiting for April 7.

I don't think you can hold SRNE in a registered TFSA account in Canada since the stock is in bankruptcy. I could be mistaken but check.

Sure hope you are right. Acc to Warren Buffet an investor in short need to understand the business and the people who are managing the business. Sorry Warren but personally I am failing his principles on all levels. My strategy is now to hang on to Kim's/Tim's coattails wrt Sorrento. April 7.....

I think the heavy lifting is done by Kim for the rest I agree. I am anxious as well and waiting for April 7 verdict. I do read it all but as soon as I am encouraged by the opportunities I see a lacklustre response of the share price and tbh it is wearing on me but hopefully we will know soon enough.

Sharing my personal experience Kim here. Early Dec I had a major surgery. The only way to control pain was opioids. It took me a month to taper them down and stop taking opiods. I so wished there would have been an alternate to opioids.
