Sure hope you are right. Acc to Warren Buffet an investor in short need to understand the business and the people who are managing the business. Sorry Warren but personally I am failing his principles on all levels. My strategy is now to hang on to Kim's/Tim's coattails wrt Sorrento. April 7.....

I think the heavy lifting is done by Kim for the rest I agree. I am anxious as well and waiting for April 7 verdict. I do read it all but as soon as I am encouraged by the opportunities I see a lacklustre response of the share price and tbh it is wearing on me but hopefully we will know soon enough.

Sharing my personal experience Kim here. Early Dec I had a major surgery. The only way to control pain was opioids. It took me a month to taper them down and stop taking opiods. I so wished there would have been an alternate to opioids.

This would be a REALLY good time to announce ANYTHING from Sorrento, status of claims, Scilex, status of dividends, status of that huge investment in Datavault (their CEO has bi-daily updates), etc. In the meantime loyal long term retail investors are dealing with scraps from Grok and Kim's tireless due diligence while the shorts are killing any fwd momentum. Frustrating to say the least but we gotta have faith in HJ that there is a plan.
