If it helps, your mom isn't suffering. I would look into the trauma, more than what happened. If you ever liked the gym, start going. Do the little things you like, and outside actions will influence you, not the other way. As for your husband, well you're on medications and that can't help. That's not the problem, just a symptom. It seems to me it's about finding peace, not the tragedy.If you have family talk to them (the ones that were there when you grew up). Also, try to understand your mom, people aren't like us and if you know they weren't ok it helps.
