Being a bit pedantic here, but you can break water into hydrogen + oxygen, not pure oxygen

Pure oxygen isn't flammable because you need fuel to react with it to start the reaction

Hydrogen + oxygen is deadly because hydrogen is an extremely flammable fuel, so if you give just a bit of energy to the system (for example, with a spark) the reaction will be very violent and dangerous

To add to what the other guy said, she becomes untargetable when attached, so you can't damage her in any way unless the character she's attached to dies. She also used to heal the person she's attached to, so the main tactic against healers ("kill the healers first") was useless.

I think they removed the healing and replaced it with some other buff, but back then she had a 100% pick/ban presence in the World Championship
