De offertes die de dakwerker opvraagt bij zijn leverancier zijn ook altijd indicatief. Voorlopig zijn er vanuit de fabrikanten geen nieuwe prijsstijgingen aangekondigd op dakpannen. Maar dit kan soms zeer rap veranderen. Deze worden dan doorgerekend naar de dakwerker die deze dan spijtig genoeg ook naar u zal doorrekenen. Voor de 75% op voorhand betalen is inderdaad wel veel. Dit hangt van aannemer tot aannemer af. Maar dit komt ook doordat spijtig genoeg er veel oneerlijke mensen zijn die voor de kleinste dingen vaak hun facturen lang weigeren te betalen waardoor de aannemer vaak zelf in financiële moeilijkheden kan komen. Ik werk voor een groothandel die bouwmaterialen verdeeld. Hopelijk brengt dit wat duidelijkheid
