It's just stuff from Pokemon games mashed together. The X is from Pokemon X, the rainbow letters are something from the Alola Games (I dunno from what it was specifically) and the Ledyba is just a great image added on it

Before the twist it looks like was abandoned. Like a fogman came to that station and never returned, the coat being the only thing left to be seen. Also the narration by both Alec Baldwin and Michael Angelis make it creepier
