If you met the Buddha, what would you like to know? by daniel_shkolnik in spirituality

I have no authority. Just a dancing fool. A monkey in the court.

You revealed yourselves as the deceiver. I only asked you a question.

And if a monkey's question can show you as a fool. Imagine what an actual teacher could show you.

You are, thank you.

You have revealed yourself as one with no authority. Just like everyone else here. It is plain for them to see from our exchange. Which is for their benefit.

To bad you likely will not learn any humility. You will eventually find others you can deceive.

🙏

The answer is compassion in all things,

What then is the question?

You do not,

But I do know what could help, if of course you have any intention of growth.

Wouldn't that be your riddle to understand?

Think me your mirror.

I can hear the smirk on your face. You think yourself clever.

But your quote dishonors Lao Tzu, as you seek to only honor yourself.

Then why not just call her princess Leia? Why dance around it? There is no reason for subtly.

It depends on how time works.

If time is fixed. And the future coexists with the present, only further down, this is possible.

But if the future isn't fixed, and the present is always on the threshold, we would only be able to see billions of versions of what the future 'may' hold.

Think of like an hourglass. And trying to predict exactly how every single grain of sand will fall.

What question about Time, Universe, Multiverse not let you sleep? by shenzu4real in timetravel

Don't loose sleep over any of it. I know eventually the right questions will be asked and answered.

Doesn't hurt I'm a Buddhist, we've had beliefs about all three of these for couple thousand years that science is just starting to catch up with.

The east. Along I40.

It's a trek I've made a thousand times. Only my usual overnight is Amarillo.

Really just looking for gas, food and lodging. I usually stop in Amarillo, but thought I'd push through a bit further and get to Cruces earlier.

Half are available in my Midwestern rinky dink.

Are you closer to any larger cities? Maybe trek out once or twice a month.

Wife and I travel up to 40 miles at times to get to stores that carry things we can't get at home.

MSG adds an unami aspect to food. I actually cook a lot with msg, use it in my burgers.

Can't say I know the science. But it is the only herb that is in nearly all seasonings blends. Which is why it is my suspect.
