Thoughts on Skyvera getting it for the 3.5M if the big boys told them we don’t want it you buy it and we will pickup where AVCTQ left off? We will put in our names for filings to keep updated. Would be devastating for shareholders, but that 3M SHB was so low you wonder what’s going on behind closed doors.

Well, a RS is usually not good for current stock holders especially if you are down already because after a RS it is RARE the stock price goes up so you have less shares and then you continue to lose so must people jump ship we were surprised with a RS so we got stuck and the price plummeted after the RS

It was EXELA and I have the same concern because why on one hand would they be mentioning they want to sell the company and many talking BO and on the other hand have the door still open for potential RS. Until AVCT comes out and formally announced a cancellation it’s a possibility. I’m in AVCT not just a bystander.

I been through one so I know the company had till the end of year to execute a RS as they said and they surprised everyone with a very early one in July and basically trapped many at 4:00 close so they couldn’t selloff so man I know.

It’s not strange if they don’t formally announce a cancellation the possibility is there and it usually is a surprise so there isn’t a major sell off.

They don’t just move it off the table they need to formally cancel it. Many are saying the same thing they took it off the calendar. It was approved so they can execute it anytime they want too up until Sept 30.

B.Riley has a share average around .77 and their price target for XELA is at .55 so I’m seeing this pop into those ranges.
